RED realizes projects: that means that implementation always provides solutions during construction whilst sticking to schedules and milestones.

Sonate Tower Bolero

Sonate Bolero is a residential tower in The Hague's city centre. Due to the limited building space available, constructing the high-rise building posed unique challenges. RED optimised the structure of the tower by merging the façades into the structure of the superstructure during the tunnel process – a first in the industry. This method allowed the building to be constructed without the need for scaffolding. Thanks to the use of a special concrete pump we were able to build the superstructure with maximum efficiency.

Hotel nhow Amsterdam RAI

With 650 rooms and two underground parking levels, Nhow Amsterdam RAI is the largest hotel in the Benelux. Its architectural design consists of large triangular volumes stacked on top of each other. The volumes are postioned each in a different angle, cantilevering 16,5 metres out from the structural core in the centre of the building. All the forces of this impressive, 24-storey building are absorbed by the core which includes eleven elevator shafts. Because of the smoothness, quality and appearance of the concrete work, the architect has chosen to leave the surface of the ceilings of the hotel rooms unfinished.

The "sails" of the 4-star Inntel Hotels Den Haag Marina Beach shine against a backdrop of sea and beach. This iconic 13-storey hotel occupies a prominent position at the head of the Northern pier.
