AMST is a sustainable and socially responsible new-build development that has won the 2020 Mix Use Development Award. The project has 252 apartments in a two-storey parking garage opposite the Amstel station in Amsterdam.The project consists of a 6.800 m² plot with two basements on which two volumes of 23,3m and 34,4m will be placed, each with a U-shaped low-rise and a single high-rise. Skydeck formwork will be used for the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor. From the second floor up, the structure will be constructed using tunnel formwork to ensure speed and efficiency. RED started work on the foundations with a preparation time of less than two months.
